Refunds & Exchanges

You are welcome to return an item for refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • all returns must be authorized prior to shipment by phone or email, and a copy of the invoice must be included
  • no returns after 14 days from the purchase date
  • refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • damaged items or cosmetic problems must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • no returns on frames, forks, or any components that have been installed
  • no returns on items that have been washed
  • the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns, unless PS-bikes is at fault for any errors in shipping or item accuracy
  • the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on warranty replacements facilitated by PS-bikes
  • no returns on custom-built wheels, custom bikes, or special-order items without prior authorization. we will accept returns on these items in some instances, but not all. returns of custom and special-order items are reviewed on a case by case basis
  • the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns of items if correct specifications were not given when the order was placed
